HI HI! So we had an entire case of 25mm green with white ink get smashed in transit. As I've been telling people individually, I nearly wept when I found out. Real man tears down my little man face. SO... we are waiting for replacements. And of course it's Chinese New Year so they delays everything. If you're still waiting on your loot, please hang in there. We should be getting these soon.

Please keep in mind that call carriers are still experiencing delays. Thank you for your kind words and patience throughout this difficult year -- it's been tough. We actually paid a lot of extra money getting prototypes delivered and approved as well as expediting the importing process.
You should get a tracking number emailed to you from the fulfillment company when you package is created. Hang in there if you are still waiting.

Shipping Delays for all carriers -- we've never seen anything like this

Hi everyone. We're hearing from our fulfillment company that all carriers are seeing major delays. Some of the packages I dropped off to the post office 10 days ago still haven't been scanned by USPS into their system. We are also waiting on product restocks that have been "in transit" for over a week now.
We're as disappointed as you are that these dice are slowly getting to you. We paid a lot of extra money to get the dice here and, after COVID related manufacturing, importing, and Customs delays, they are here and slowing getting to you guys. It's the curse of 2020. And it's only getting harder for us small businesses as customers blame us owners for overwhelmed postal workers and carriers.
Please be patient if you can. We're a very small company -- it's really just me here managing everything -- and we've done everything we can to deliver this project over half a year early. My mission has always been to make fun/weird stuff that makes people happy.

HI ALL! I know a lot of you are anxious to get these dice/minis. Our importer was a little ambitious with their shipping estimate -- with COVID everyone is shipping more than usual so there are delays all over. It looks like the dice will arrive to us very soon and will be shipping out on the next 2/3 weeks. This is still half a year early so we're excited. If you have any questions, please email me here.
